Steakley, is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Steakley is very active in the State Bar of Texas and is the chairman of the General Practice section. With more than twenty-seven years experience as a litigator in Texas, he is well known and well regarded by the attorneys, judges and court personnel in the jurisdiction where he practices. Whatever the particular representational need of the individual client, he has a solid reputation as an experienced attorney who effectively advance the interests of his clients. Roderick E. Wetsel, a partner and founder of the firm, is a Board Certified Oil and Gas lawyer. With a complimentary practice style, he ensures that all firm clients receive approachable, responsive representation in the areas of Oil and Gas Law, Probate, Real Estate, Business Transactions, Guardianships, and Title Examination. Mr. Wetsel is the author of "How to Obtain a Receivership Oil and Gas Lease," which was written to supplement his State Bar of Texas Advanced Oil, Gas and Mineral Law Course.
